Gas, Inc seeks a dynamic Technical Service Trainer to support our continued Auto Gas growth efforts. Auto Gas is a domestically-produced alternative fuel available to fleet vehicles currently burning gasoline and diesel. Our EPA approved alternative fuel systems provide businesses and municipalities with the ability to operate their fleets on cleaner, efficient, and more cost-effective LP gas.

The Technical Service Trainer position, located in Asheville, NC will primarily serve as a technical service contact and trainer to our fleet / Auto Gas service providers and installers throughout North America. Founded in 1951, Blossman Gas is America's largest independent propane company and a

key partner in Alliance Auto Gas, a consortium of companies throughout North America working daily to support our alternative fuel customers and their fleet vehicle needs.

Primary responsibilities for this position include: Train and develop independent Service Technicians on the installation, repair, and service of Auto Gas automotive fuel systems Deliver technical training courses in a variety of locations Remain abreast of new system upgrades, products, and features; stay current on OEM information Develop training materials in close consultation with the Technical Manager and Business Development Staff Ensure that training programs and processes are developed, backssed, communicated,

and administered in compliance with Blossman Services objectives Assist with the operations at the Research & Development facility that include inventory, vehicle maintenance, room set-up, service center contacts, phone calls, and tours Perform on-site Quality Control inspections to promote consistency to Alliance Auto Gas installation standards Assist Installers with the resolution of installation complications Understand customer requirements and concerns; apply those needs to the appropriate solutions experts within our internal network; help facilitate a quality customer experience for our system users Research, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues that may happen sporadically Other duties as assigned to support the Auto Gas support effort Key Qualifications include: High School diploma required; an earned Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field helpful Minimum of 3 years experience as an Automotive Service Technician and/or Auto Service Trainer Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel, intermediate to advanced skill) Strong communications and customer service background; enjoyment of helping customers and providing solutions; strong organization skills and work ethic Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Other preferred qualifications: ASE certifications (A8, L1 & L3) Ability to accurately and quickly apply units of measurement, calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and proportions.

Ability to communicate effectively our product offerings, solutions, and safety protocols to customers including repair shop owners, technicians, vendors, and coworkers; this will include verbal and written communication, as well as presenting maintenance and installation instructions from a computer in an engaging manner on a regular basis.
