Responsibilities Build a High-Performance Data Warehouse Operation Establish operational excellence with highly available data operations Build a culture of data-driven results by enabling simplified access to qualified data Enable near-real-time data availability with target state technology Create a Data Engineering Practice to Feed Transformation Deploy extensible data models that support new business opportunities Institute a Data Governance practice to drive standardization and integration
across units Enable an AI/ML pipeline to provide insights and actions Leadership and Team Management Provide strong leadership, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture Mentor and develop team members, encouraging professional growth and enhancing team skillsets Foster an environment of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field 10+ years of proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects Ability to travel 25% of the time, up to 50% of the time during certain project periods Strong experience in building and managing Agile teams Demonstrated track record of
