The Senior IT Product Owner represents the voice of the customer to the team. Owns the articulation and prioritization of backlog in small increments of value that can be delivered in short iterations.

Drives value to the business by building and maintaining a product backlog in collaboration with stakeholder and delivery teams. Contributes to shaping the product direction, creating the feature(s), writing user stories, and innovation. Begins to influence department s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical

approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 30-50% Planning, Communicating, and Collaborating Highlight product features in a manner clearly understandable to the development team. Perform demos regularly and collect feedback from stakeholders/users. Work closely with Scrum Master to plan sprints and releases. Act as primary liaison between Stakeholders, Customers, and Developers. Work with System Architects to craft enablers and work with stakeholders to establish appropriate capacity allocations to support architectural runway. Participate in Scrum

planning, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective activities.

Collaborate with other POs to manage cross-team dependency identification and delivery. Work closely with other POs to identify opportunities for process improvements.50-70% Product Management Ensure the product backlog is transparent, visible, and understood. Define and document goals for each Sprint. Maintain an ordered product backlog of prioritized items that need to be developed. Access product value stream to identify areas that require improvements. Translate and document business requirements as well-formed Epics, Features, or User Stories Manage Epic, Feature, and User Story creation to ensure they are well-formed and aligned with product strategy.

Facilitate breaking down Epics into Features or User Stories as appropriate. Validate completed user stories meet acceptance criteria, have the appropriate acceptance tests, and otherwise comply with the Definition of Done. Provide reports to update management and stakeholders on product development operations. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree (preferably in a technical field or technical training ) or equivalent experience. 4+ years experience managing technical products and requirements.4+ years experience gathering and documenting business requirements for product development.3+ years experience working in an Agile product development environment. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $102,200 - $140,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
