Design, develop, test, and maintain complex SSRS reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to meet business needs. Migrate reports from one reporting tool to another or across database platforms, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to reporting processes. Conduct thorough analysis and backssment of existing
reports, identifying opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and standardization during the migration process. Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
Develop and maintain data models, ensuring efficient and accurate data retrieval for reporting purposes. Perform performance tuning and optimization of SSRS reports and underlying database queries to enhance system performance and response time. Collaborate with database administrators and developers to ensure data integrity, data consistency, and accurate report outputs during the migration process. Identify and troubleshoot data and reporting issues,
