Job Summary: Supermicro is looking for talented Engagement Partner Program Specialist to the Service Team to support Supermicro Global Service Education and Certification Program.

The candidate will be responsible to help build maintain and promote partner and education services. This will include to help grow the existing Education platform, promote and help generate revenue growth with our certification program, and to engage and grow new and existing SMC Partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): • Engage with partners and Enterprise customers to help influence service offerings, Education, and Product Technology Principles (Server, Networking, GPU, Storage) • Provide thought leadership, content, and transformation recommendations to SMC education training site and certification.

• Collaborate closely with Sales/Product Managers/Engineering teams to develop proposals, presentations, contracts and proactively recommend strategies to grow service business in existing & new partner/service accounts. • Work with Account / Sales teams to manage the

pre-sales process with clients and provide the leadership throughout the opportunity lifecycle from initial qualification to closure of the deal.

• Help to create Business Partnership/Training Plans for Service industries / identify accounts and leads for prospective clients • Good functional knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Certification programs, Partner and Enterprise Training, Distribution and Logistics, Education, Enterprise solutions Deployment rack, software, and scripting experience. • Own Partnership accounts and Certification plans for named accounts for worldwide accounts. Help Train and maintain program to internal team worldwide.

• Must maintain technical competencies with the use of Supermicro Education portal. Must update the technical ability through Supermicro Education and Training. • Own the SMC Partner relationship with some of our largest customers, helping the unlock the potential of their teams • Manage client expectations, engagement health, and ensure successful completion of delivery work with the customer • May require to orchestrate assigned teammates for your client engagements • Collaborate with SMC Solution Strategists, Product Management, Architects, and other internal and external Partner teams to support the client • Co-create a long-term Partner education certification engagement and adoption roadmap with the client to achieve their goals • Help identify and promote opportunities for service and tool expansion within a client organization • Identifies, escalates and ensures resolution of issues impacting successful execution of programs, Drives consistency and standardization of defined process • Supports Customer Engagement Programs to effectively track, manage and report on certification and education related issues.

• Provides supports to the education and certification programs and associated deliverables building robust relationships with key stakeholders for the purpose of driving continuous improvement and delivering projects • ability to quickly learn and be versed on Supermicro enterprise service and products such as SLA's, service contracts, BOMs, SKUs and more.

• Ability to understand complex technical problems on Supermicro products in Enterprise Data Center environment such as the ability to use command line (PC, Linux, VMware). Ability to initiate and understand basic scripting Bash, Powershell, HTML. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in EE or CE preferred, Associate's degree in engineering or equivalent military experience will be considered, with 3 to 5 years of experience in field enterprise engineering, servicing enterprise servers, switches, and software.

• Understanding of x86 server platforms • E-learning delivery experience to include methods such as webinars, distance learning, and virtual training. • Ability to provide high level customer service skill • Strong communication skill in English for verbal and written • Experiences in a large data centers, familiar with Enterprise Servers, Switches, and Enterprise Infrastructures.

Certification in CCNA, MCSE, Linux Administrator, VMware/VMs other, and/or certification in Clustered environment is a plus. • Full professional proficiency in English. Bilingual in any language is a plus • Currently works for a systems integrator, consultancy, or major technology organization in the area of selling Services • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; with the ability to structure and facilitate training and certification to help develop business cases for large deals • Actual multi-regional or multi-organization experience is a key success factor, with demonstrated capacity to operate and thrive in a multi-cultural environment.

• Clustered environments a plus. Understanding of Enterprise Data storage a plus. • Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development or related field or equivalent work experience • Knowledge of adult learning, blended learning techniques, and training development principles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Ability to quickly build rapport with people via a collaborative approach • Passionate about coaching and developing others Salary Range $75,000 - $112,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
