Utilize vendor solutions from Juniper, Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto. Optimize the stability, availability, reliability, and performance of data center networks and associated network security infrastructure. Manage firewall policies with Panorama, Tufin, or other orchestration/automation tools in highly segmented environments. Maintain existing technology environments. Work from home permitted 1-2 days per week within reasonable
distance of the Irvine office. Requirements: Bachelors degree (or the foreign equivalent) in computer science, electronics engineering, information technology, or a closely related field.
Five years of relevant professional experience, including each of the following: 5 years of experience with Cisco technology-based networks, including: Nexus Data Center switches, ASR routers, ASA and Firepower firewalls; 5 years of experience with Vx LAN design, capacity planning, automated deployment, and maintenance; 5 years of experience working with and configuring Cisco Nexus 7k & 9k series high density data center switches, redundant supervisor management, interface breakouts, and transceiver
options; 5 years of experience working with vendor solutions from Juniper, Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto; 5 years of experience with the following technologies: BGP, VXLAN, and EVPN; 5 years of experience optimizing the stability, availability, reliability, and performance of data center networks and associated network security infrastructure; 5 of years of experience managing firewall policies with Panorama, Tufin, or other orchestration/automation tools in highly segmented environments; and 3 years of experience with Ansible, Python, Yaml, Napalm, Cloud Vision, or other automation tools suitable for data center network environments.
