Day to Day Responsibilities Participate in client status meetings and calls, to identify improvement opportunities in reference & training material Manage reference material on Unymira USU Staying abreast of new technologies and e Learning trends to support your Account Team.
Understand complex warranty policies used to adjudicate claims. Assist in developing training according to the needs of the client. What you bring Highly detail-oriented; must be able to discover and track errors within large amounts of complex, sometimes highly technical text and across multiple courses and projects Sharp editing skills with a thorough comprehension of English
grammar and punctuation Strong organization skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong MS Office experience (Word, PPT, Excel, Teams) Interest in learning new technologies Interest in the automotive industry The following experience is considered a plus: Experience in technical editing or writing Experience in project coordination Experience in a client-facing role Experience in training development Experience maintaining knowledge management software Excellent oral and written communication skills.
