Installs and troubleshoots database and database related software, consults with development and engineering resources to ensure best practices are followed.

This position is also accountable for providing development operations direction and support for other IT development resources. This position will be responsible for the following: This position will provide planning, installation, monitoring, configuration, administration, testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting for all the database and database related application technologies.

Collaborates with Data Architecture and Infrastructure teams to assure adherence to best practices and process standardization. Performs the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of existing and emerging database technologies on premise as well as cloud infrastructure.

Provides advanced support for SQL database, No SQL database and cloud database enabled applications. Leads Data Analytics by actively participating in design and implementation of Data Analytics and Data Warehouse projects, Data Quality systems for standardization of member data and actively participates in the database related activities for the digital platform conversion project. Configures and maintains the

organizations Operation Data Stare (ODS) that accesses data directly from an online transaction processing (OLTP) system which are located Azure cloud and on premise infrastructure.

Maintain, configure and automate changes required for the organizations core Data Warehouse system which is a Relation Database to perform effectively on the daily load and the nightly data extract transform and load (ETL) process. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Masters Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and five (5) years of experience as a Database Administrator, or related. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Education or Experience in the following: 1.

Support for database systems, including long-running queries, index additions, and query plans2. Evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of existing and emerging SQL database technologies3. Provides pre- and post-production analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of SQL databases and related applications4. Develop or update related procedures/manuals identifying Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for assigned tasks5.
