Technology Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technology-related issues reported by rideshare drivers, delivery personnel, and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and prevent recurring problems.
Collaboration with Third-Party Systems: Work closely with third-party systems integral to rideshare and food delivery operations. Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless integration and resolve any technical issues. Qualifications: Proven experience in providing IT support in a fast-paced environment, preferably in rideshare or food delivery.
