About the Role: Job Title: FICO Blaze Rules Developer Key Responsibilities: This position is responsible for performing systems analysis, designing and architecting business rules (FICO Blaze) and related components as well as leading the development of a team of rules developers' activities as part of a product team. This role will lead enhancements and new business rules through the integration of technical, architectural, and business requirements; serving as lead rules designer for business
rules to identify the best solutions and resulting technical specifications within limits of the code environment; linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of IT experience. Experience with FICO Blaze business rules engine or similar enterprise BRMS (Corticon, In Rule, Drools, etc. ). Strong experience in architecting & designing complex rulesets, decision structures and ability to integrate with other system components seamlessly. Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST & API's. Knowledge of Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/ASP. Net/Java. Ability to think creatively to solution for business needs with multiple options.
Experience with problem solving, analytical thinking & articulating solutions through visual aids and white boarding. Able to demonstrate experience with rapid prototyping, requirements definition & management, and system performance management. Experience leading a team of rules developers, task assignment & tracking allocations across multiple projects. SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development. Strong oral/written communication skills. Desired Qualifications: Health Care Domain experience. Location: Richardson, TX, or Chicago, IL or Remote Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000 annually.
