Responsible for establishing standards, policy, processes for all Systems Engineering activities to include risk, configuration management, PLM, requirements management, traceability, design reviews, etc.
Responsible for supporting and leading system-level trade studies and analyses Supports development of and review of Systems Engineering and program milestone documentation. Supports major design reviews. Ensures high HQ policies and guidance are incorporated into PEO AVN. Works with platforms to backss program/project
technical risks and develops mitigation strategies. 10 + years' experience in systems engineering related to the traditional " V" activities. Preferred experience: MBSE and the use of Sys ML.
As a min, required understanding of MBSE and ability to read and interpret Sys ML models. Experience with the Airworthiness process, AQP, AQS, AWR. Platforms include enduring and future fleet. Experience with physical and logical architectures and HW and SW experiences on major weapons systems.
