We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Website Designer. Hybrid position approximately 95% of work is remote. Candidates must reside in the Denver - Front Range area. Website Designer provides dealers with web and digital marketing solutions
to promote their business and our vendors products. Plans and develops content and layout of lead generation websites and supports design needs for PRIDE internal websites.
Develops, coordinates, maintains websites and related applications. What you Will Do Using web-based technologies and software, creates and produces website and digital marketing for PRIDE and dealer websites. Create and manage web services; this includes design, production, and creating functional links on the web. Create UX design with imagery, manage layout options, and build company and dealer websites and webpages. Provide web solutions with changing technology on the dealer sites by designing, building, and updating
web pages. Maintain and enhance the PRIDE and affiliated websites to best promote PRIDE brand.
Updating content as needed. Assist where needed and provide back-up support for PRIDE Marketing initiatives. Other duties as assigned. About You You are someone who effectively exceeds customer needs by building productive relationships and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. You actively participate as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals while producing quality outcomes. You take great pride in proactively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently while accomplishing objectives and achieving goals beyond what is required.

In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements: Required Skills Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent or related web design/development training. 2 years of experience designing web graphics and web site construction. Requires knowledge of digital and web layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
Requires a mastery of web-based technologies and thorough knowledge in web design, current web authoring/development software, electronic commerce methods, internet standards and protocols, security, and database connectivity. Expert level knowledge and skills in: Word Press, Plugin Best Practices. Advanced level knowledge and skill in Visual Design, Project Management, Client Management, HTML and CSS coding, Adobe XD. Solid knowledge and skills with UX Design, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic understanding of how php and Javascript work. Familiarity with Drop Box, Font Installation, and other related programs and services.
Knowledge of marketing concepts to create proper aesthetic for websites. Ability to manage multiple assignments under high pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines. Ability to work in a challenging environment and interact well with coworkers. Ability to use standard office equipment including telephone, copier, word processing, personal computer, scanners, digital copier/printer.
