Assists in the development of clinical practice guidelines/standards in support of quality CAM and Holistic Nursing. Participates in hospital projects as required/requested Acts as an educator, consultant, facilitator, clinician and resource person within the Nursing Division and interdepartmentally as appropriate. Participates in ongoing Performance Improvement activities and initiatives as requested/ required.
Works in collaboration with physician colleagues and other CAM team members to deliver quality health care to patients and families. Promotes a positive image of the hospital, and the profession of Nursing to the Health Care Team, patients and the community. Serves as a role model for staff.
