will serve as the Chief of the Business, Plans, and Operations Branch, Network Enterprise Center (NEC). Duties Responsible for identification, evaluation, and recommendation of technology advances pertaining to new hardware and software that will enhance the organization's C4IM architecture.

Provides Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Management (C4IM) service support to assigned activities. Oversees subject matter experts and civilian contractors to ensure that requirements contracts are complete, concise, and in compliance with the approved architecture. Develops, maintains, and updates the information architecture which supports short-term and long-term C4IM

requirements. Responsible for identification, evaluation, and recommendation of technology advances pertaining to new hardware and software that will enhance the organization Plans and assigns work to subordinates and determines work schedules and priorities.

Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Three year trial/probationary period may be required. One-year supervisory probationary period required. A one-year probationary period is required if the selectee has not previously met this requirement. This position is Non-Critical Sensitive and incumbent must obtain

and maintain a SECRET clearance based on a Tier 3 Background Investigation.

Overtime and on-call duty may be required on short notice to include nights, holidays, and weekends in support of related mission requirements. May be required to perform 24 x 7 shift work in support of operational IT related mission/after duty hours on call/emergency requirements. Subject to callback requirement to report to duty within 2 hours of notification due to mission requirements. TDY up to 10% may be required. Government regulations will be followed for all official travel. The employee must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
