Selectees must meet position requirements for certification at Level 2 (Practitioner) in the Acquisition Career Field - Program Management within 60 months of entrance on duty. This position requires the incumbent be able
to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret/Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
This position requires submission of a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, upon entering the position and annually thereafter. This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e. g. Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position your resume must describe one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 or equivalent) grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Ensuring the effective execution of cyber-threat risk analysis and mitigation techniques through general cyber-attack stages (e. g. foot printing and scanning, enumeration, gaining access, escalation of privileges, maintaining access, network exploitation, covering attacks); AND 2) Directing a cyber defense coalition to protect, monitor, analyze, detect and respond to network attacks, intrusions, disruptions or other unauthorized actions that would compromise or cripple a defense information system and networks.
