You will leverage your technologist background to conduct early project scoping and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testability goals across n-tier platforms. You will drive process improvement in terms of test coverage, automation, and testing practices. Essential Functions Provides strategic and tactical leadership of the test strategy and planning cycles for multiple projects that you will lead Leverages technology in the most creative manner to build the right testing tools at the right time Understands the big picture and helps keep the team focused on the right tasks to meet timelines. Leverages strong test engineering expertise and collaboration skills to identify required test activities to successfully deliver the program while ensuring task assignments are in place with the right team members Reports and escalate issues with mitigations and options for the right resolution.
