Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science and 9+ years of experience -OR- a master's
degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science and 6+ years of experience -OR- a Ph D in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 4+ years of experience in: 7+ years of experience in software development or IT.
2+ years of experience in with SCM (source control management) concepts and systems, especially Perforce and GIT. 2+ years of experience in working in a unique environment (SLES and NFS). 1+ years of experience in Database knowledge (Postgres, SQL server, Mongo, neo4j). 5+ years of experience in Demonstrated ability to drive software engineering principles (test-driven development, object-oriented programming, continuous integration).
Preferred Qualifications: Since the customers of this platform are the design engineers who are building and using Intel's IP to build our silicon products, fluency in the basics of semiconductor design is a plus. Prefer fluency in semiconductor design methodology or design automation (EDA) tools, infrastructure, and flows. Prefer experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Shell, REST, Go, Ansible. Inside this Business Group Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel.
