Role Description: We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support leading the enablement and on-boarding of applications within Salesforce to the Digital Platform Services for a unified & personalized experience for visitors to the Salesforce web properties.
This would also include enablement and on-boarding of applications within Salesforce to the Trailblazer ID authentication service and adoption of new sign-up and login experiences for visitors to salesforce web properties and the support of websites and applications for authentication and profile services. This role will work closely with product management,
engineering, program management and technical operations teams to improve adoption practices and support enhancements to user experiences and platform services.
Responsibilities: Implement authentication flows and Integrate applications using SAML, and OIDC Configure factor enrollments, sign on and application policies Completing day-to-day operational tasks to support users of the service Operate as a technical expert to support teams as part of onboarding to Trailblazer ID authentication service Contribute to the strategy and approach to accelerate and optimize on-boarding of engineering development teams and web properties to Trailblazer ID. Facilitate the implementation of new features on the identity platform Configure and manage infrastructure as a code using Terraform Coordinate major changes to the service with current Partners Support product management collection and review requirements from clients of the service.
Adopt Dev Ops functions for testing and environment management across teams Minimum Requirements: A related technical degree. 7-10 years hands on experience with engineering operations or enterprise operations. Experience implementing identity solutions, preferably Okta, and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) Proven ability to manage overall business initiative or several components of large, sophisticated projects with direct experience in Agile and Scrum.
Engineering background or experience with systems implementation and adoption. Ability to learn and apply new technologies or concepts quickly Service-oriented attitude and customer focus with keen eye towards various trends in operations and platform administration and look for process improvements and automations to offset manual work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong process building and adoption experience.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills Experience deploying and maintaining SSO solutions like Okta Proficient with the Auth N/Auth Z and core identity standards like SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC Preferred Requirements: Okta certified (admin and/ or consultant) Familiarity with web technologies including front-end component frameworks, content management and technical site operations. For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $133,400 to $183,400. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $146,600 to $201,700. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $160,000 to $220,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
