Become a part of the All World Family today /about/career Overview We are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Specialist who is responsible for aiding and supporting computer systems, hardware, and software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements
solutions. Additionally, the IT Help Desk Specialist must ensure they are practicing all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines. We are looking for a driven individual that is seeking to broaden their skills over time with a growing company.

Responsibilities Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. Maintain system efficiency. Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together. Manage Help Desk ticketing system. Troubleshoot problems reported by users. Make recommendations for future upgrades. Set up for PC's and laptops.
Analyze and isolate issues. Evaluate and modify system's performance. Identify user needs.
Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations. Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers. Upgrade office products. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred.
