ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serves as the technical design engineer for new or existing component and assembly design for new products from conception to production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: System Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain IT systems, including servers (on-premise/Azure Cloud), workstations, and associated software. Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and integration. Network Administration: Establish and maintain network standards and procedures in line with industry best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, both on-site and remotely. Participate in network planning and design, and work with Project Leads on network-related projects. Collaboration and Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users, addressing system and network issues promptly.

Collaborate with Project Leads to backss and implement new software releases and hardware upgrades. Support the roll-out of PCs, software, and hardware, ensuring smooth adoption. Assist in the management of equipment and personnel in local and remote locations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in IT systems engineering and network administration. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, desktop operating systems, networking, security, and server software.
Proficiency in Microsoft MDM software, Intune. Proficiency in mixed Windows/Mac environments. Knowledge of virtualization for both servers and desktops, including Azure and VMware.
