Essential Functions: Interacts with all levels of the Credit Union's staff to understand information requirements withinthe organization; participates in analysis and design activities to provide solutions to thoserequirements. Basic Requirements: Associate degree in Information Technology or a closely related field or the equivalent years of experience with computer systems administration. Experience with Episys by Symitar is preferred. Proven experience in a network administrator role with hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching. Experience with firewalls, troubleshooting,
and problem resolution. Ability to set up and configure server hardware.
Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies. Must be able to explain technical details to non-technical users.
