and data processing in the ETL Operate heavy-duty part 40 CFR Part 1065 test cells with raw emissions measurements Work with ETL team to perform facility and software upgrades for compliance with 40 CFR Part 1065 Use hands-on experience to troubleshoot engine, powertrain and test cell controls and mechanical malfunctions Work with PACCAR colleagues to align EU and US powertrain testing facilities and procedures Create reports (both Power Point and Word) summarizing assigned tasks and data collected Required Qualifications & Skills BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Automotive, or related engineering degree Minimum 3 years work experience performing powertrain testing Knowledge of
diesel engine and exhaust aftertreatment system operation and control systems General understanding of 40 CFR Part 86, 1036, 1037, and 1065 Ability to work with ETL technician staff, fostering teamwork and employee development Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Excellent organizational and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications & Skills MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Automotive, or related engineering degree Test cell experience performing heavy-duty on-highway engine development Experience performing engine or exhaust aftertreatment calibration Proficiency using AVL test cell automation systems and data analysis (PUMA and CONCERTO) Experience using engine control software such as ATI Vision, CALTERM, d Space PACCAR Benefits As a U.
