g. Scrums, PI Planning, Demos, Technical Exchange Meetings, etc. ) Participates in backlog grooming and d efining objectives, features and dependencies Required Technical Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline and 3+ years of professional experience 2 years of experience specifically in a systems engineering role during multiple stages of the program lifecycle Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating between program managers, software developers, and other systems engineers Product Design experience such as concept of operations development, high-level and detailed software architecture definition, requirements analysis, use case analysis, UI/UX design, and/or algorithm development Candidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred: Experience supporting programs in the defense and aerospace fields Experience with Agile software development tools and methodologies Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering.
