Responsibilities Achieve individual assigned goals within a given recruitment period Communicate with regional offices to identify needs and design recruiting strategies for market developments Approach potential prospects with outreach activities: cold calling, marketing events, and in-person visits Serve as a point of contact to build business relationships with external partners during recruitment process Promote company's all-in-one
service platform to insurance agents, realtors, loan agents, CPAs, and business owners as part of recruiting efforts Communicate with vendors to participate in sponsored events, set up booths, distribute brochures and flyers Requirements At least 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities Fluent English speaker (bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and/or Vietnamese is a plus) Ability to maintain professionalism with effective verbal and written communications Ability to key decision making under crucial circumstances Outgoing, sociable, and people-oriented personality with friendly demeanor Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management
