Job Duties/Responsibilities Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following: Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints Develop/Maintain descriptive system models
in Sys ML and UML using MBSE tools to define interfaces, physical/functional block diagrams, and behaviors Work in a fast paced, Agile environment with the ability to work on cross-functional Scrum team focused on quality and capability delivery Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop the test objectives, organization test policies, test strategies and test plans Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in an engineering filed with 8 years of related experience Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience with Model based engineering, Test Driven Development and system behavior modeling Information security, HW/SW system architecture experience, application development,
system software, Technical Performance Measures (TPMs), Modeling & Simulation Experience with Agile Development lifecycle process System analysis and/or integration experience Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and systems thinking mindset Excellent decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare and brief presentations to the customer as needed.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a collaborative, Agile integrated product team (IPT) environment Self-motivated and customer-oriented.
