and issues related to networking systems, software and hardware Maintain daily performance of network systems Work through the problem-solving process with employees, empowering them to do the same in the future Run diagnostic problems to resolve problems Must have at least 2 years of experience in an enterprise network level environment using CISCO routers, switches, ISE and ASA firewalls.

Must have one (or more) of the following Cisco (OEM) IT certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking Must have an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II such as a Security + CE certification which will meet the 8570.01M CSWF Requirements.
