within Dynatrace for FSC applications Knowledge of IIS and Windows Server technologies Scripting experience, with preference to Power Shell Experience installing, supporting, and troubleshooting Commercial Off The Shelf products (COTS) Agility mindset towards solving problems that might extend beyond one's assigned specialty Participate in technical research and development to enable continuous innovation within the infrastructure Resolve a wide range of system hardware and application technology issues in a fast-paced environment Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational SLAs Work with Government Lead and project team to

understand and document requirements for designing, developing/configuring, testing, and deploying new monitoring solution.

Review customer requirements and customize the database platform to develop sales reports, maintain data quality, backup options and reset passwords.

Troubleshooting ranges from basic issues including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups Assist functional team with creating training materials, documentation for new users, and help train new end-users on the new monitoring solution. Supports testing cycles (DEV, QA, UAT), and user training Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of application,

system hardware and network infrastructure needs. Basic understanding of networking and network tools (wireshark, nmap, firewalls, etc) Required Skills Must have experience with other monitoring tools Basic understanding of coding Monitoring tools experience (Application Performance & Infrastructure Monitoring) BS Degree with 3 plus years direct Monitoring experience.
