In this position you will be a member of the team that is responsible for triaging client requests through our MSP Service Desk. The MSP Coordinator manages the call queues and assigns tickets based on MSP engineering workloads and experience.

In addition, maintains workflow of engineers to provide excellent customer service for those who utilize Stored Tech as a remote Managed Services Provider. This position requires some basic technical knowledge with the comfort and ability to learn. Job Responsibilities Auxiliary phone support. Ability to distribute and assign incoming

calls and tickets based on engineer's ability and workload. Demonstrate initiative, independent judgment and utilize established procedures to address client needs.

Full understanding and knowledge of Stored Tech's service offerings. Adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, manage competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events with full ownership. Work dynamically across departments interfacing with IT Engineers, IT Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Account Managers. Growth opportunity to work towards an IT Engineer Level 1 role. Assist with Service Delivery metrics and reporting. Assist with client onboardings (client phone calls, interactions,

expectations, and follow-up). Assist with past due tickets to find next steps, client engagement, pushing of the engineers, etc.

Communicate with engineers who are doing on-site support calls to make sure they have the required back-office support and that the time arranged with the client is still being met. Qualifications Customer service skills including voice and email etiquette. Ability to work across teams, groups, and functions and to build strong relationships internally and with our clients. Dependability and professionalism. Knowledge of and prior experience using Excel, Word, and Power Point. Ability to work 8 hours sitting, speaking on the phone, and using a computer.
