As a premier learning and development provider, our team at MRA is growing, and we have an exciting career opportunity for an LMS Administrator. This position offers a hybrid schedule, including 3-4 days a week in one of our collaborative MRA offices, with the flexibility of 1-2 days a week remote.
How you will make an IMPACT: Create new learning experiences! Help lead the launch of a new Learning Management System (LMS). Partner with instructional designers and production artists to create engaging catalogs and dashboards and build impactful learning experiences. Train, coach, and support internal and external end users as they learn our new platform. Be the technology expert! Leverage
technical skills and expertise to provide a positive user experience in our LMS. Actively search, test, recommend, implement, and evaluate learning technologies and best practices to continually provide successful learning experiences.
Support our most important asset: our participants! Act as the primary LMS subject matter expert (SME) to support our registration specialists, instructors, and virtual training producers through training, coaching, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with instructional designers, web designers, IT, and many other internal partners to stay up-to-date with training content, software integrations, and design best practices. In your first year, your role will include the following: Training on MRA tools and technology (you will have cutting-edge tools to do your job effectively). Distinctive MRA training to deliver consistent learning outcomes for our member projects.
Opportunity to meet with internal teams and vendors to identify best practices for leveraging and improving our learning & development content and practices. Job Requirements 5+ years of LMS administration experience or developing learning content in a corporate environment, including end-user training and day-to-day support. Demonstrated understanding of technical constraints, opportunities, and protocols within learning technology systems and integrations with websites and other platforms. Demonstrated experience working in complex organizations and meeting the needs of multiple business partners with diverse needs.
Knowledge of customer relationship management platforms (such as Salesforce). Knowledge of virtual instructor-led training platforms (such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams). Familiarity with adult learning theories, on-demand and blended learning design. Familiarity with SCORM and/or x API, and e Learning authoring tools (such as Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia). Ability to work a hybrid schedule including 3-4 days a week in one of our collaborative MRA offices, with the flexibility of 1-2 days a week remote.
