Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect, organize and integrate data sets into databases from various financial and program management sources including: Obligation Status Reports, Budget Execution data in Accounting Logs, Earned Value Management data, Cost Data Reports, Program Schedules, Technical Requirements and Programmatic data.
Exhibit the analytical creativity required to tie data together by developing a structure to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in
complex data sets. Document design processes and decisions. Develop dashboards using data visualization software that share management information both vertically and horizontally across the Program Office Leadership.
Develop and present power point briefings to facilitate management decisions. Contribute to cost estimates for large missile defense weapon systems. Information Technology Requirements: Working knowledge in Excel, Access, Power BI, Word and Power Point. Working knowledge of database/query languages like SQL. Working knowledge of programing languages like Python, C++, C#, HTML, CSS, Java and Java Script. Working knowledge of Objective Oriented Programming (OOP principles)
including Abstraction, Encapsulation, Inheritance and Polymorphism. Education and Experience Requirements: BS Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Computer Science.
MS or higher Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Business Analytics. Must be able to work under the guidance of an experienced cost estimator. Must be able to support multiple projects, work well within a team, interact with multiple levels of management, and manage customer and contractor relationships.
