planning, long and short range planning, and analysis of alternatives for activities and events. Develop system-level plans, resource estimates, and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM). Provide expertise on the development and integration of Core Truth Models (CTM) M&S and framework (OSF/SSF) truth services.
Assist with the development of signatures, lethality, and environment requirements for CTM. Assist with preparing technical and programmatic content for BMDS M&S President's Budget (PB) and Program Baseline Review (PBR). Assist with the development and review of BMDS M&S policies and directives. Assist with software engineering and Enterprise Architecture design and implementation
support. Provide acquisition support for pre-source selection and source selection activities. Prepare plans, backssments, analyses, briefings, evaluations, and reports.
Participate in technical meetings and working groups. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to develop program plans and technical roadmaps for framework and core truth models. Ability to develop programmatic and technical briefings for MDA and OSD senior leadership. Strong understanding of Do D and MDA Acquisition and PPBES processes. Strong technical understanding of OSF/SSF frameworks, interface requirements, and functionality of the M&S Enterprise in Ground Test and Digital venues. Strong technical understanding
of RF and EO/IR plume and signature development, lethality modeling, and environment modeling.
Strong understanding of models and simulations, particularly for Hardware-In-The-Loop and distributed environments. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel) Excellent people, organizational, management, computer, and leadership skills. Ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment at a strategic level. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Understanding of the MDA Systems Engineering practices and processes. Familiarity with the BMDS system level documentation such as Digital and Hardware in the Loop System Requirement Documents, M&S Policy documents, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Agile Testing.
