Alabama. The selected candidate will lead the daily operations of the SIL facility.

What you'll be doing: The Systems Integration and Test Engineer will lead the daily operation of the SIL facility Plan the daily, weekly, and long-term SIL schedule Collaborate with Deep Space partners to plan and prepare for tests utilizing the SIL unique Test capability Be the key resource for the SIL facility on test planning and operations Perform as the Lead CTC directing SIL test operations Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable LM Space and Customer processes and standards Basic Qualifications for the Systems Integration and Test Engineer: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or a related field preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education Test Engineer (TE) and/or Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in SV/Missile Integration and Test Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft and/or missile operations and test Experience in communicating and briefing program management Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization Desired Skills: Previous or present Space experience with emphasis on Test and Verification Understanding and experience with testing of EMI/EMC Understanding of Automation Framework Understanding of Linux, Matlab, Labview, MS Office.
