This eliminates knowledge gaps and streamlines the training and confidence of each employee. Our company mission is to reinvent contractor service and you help us achieve this through the education of our employees, franchisees, and clients. We have
already started and implemented a Learning Management System (LMS) for our installers, but we need your help in expanding our trainings. Each month, you roll out new courses and always strive to improve existing ones.
Overall, you aim to create engaging courses that our users look forward to taking and completing, rather than just doing them out of obligation. You develop training programs, build skill backssments, develop curriculums, consult with experts, and monitor or report. This requires you to build a course curriculum through our developed LMS system, Office 365, and other discovered learning tools. You implement the course learning curriculum, test for results, improve learning
efficiency, and assist in managing learning gaps. You feel good when you see the progress and improvement our teams have when using your learning tools and courses!
