Physical Demands and Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit and use hands along with fingers, to handle or feel.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Education: A minimum of high school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience: At least a 4-year working knowledge of computers, desktops, and networks. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Required Skills: A minimum of 4 year's experience with computers. A strong familiarity with Windows XP and Windows 7 and the ability to effectively navigate within the Windows environment. Basic knowledge of Windows server environments including Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 2003,

2008, and 2012. Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and a basic understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals.
