and role play simulated constructive units, Mission Commander, Warfare Commander, and/or Higher Authority roles. Execute the approved BMD MSEL and report timeline progress. Make BMD MSEL timeline adjustment recommendations and roleplaying responses based on training participant progress.
Execute government approved BMD MSEL changes to meet NMETL objectives keeping the participant and controller actions consistent with the scenario. Review draft BMD related OPTASKs and operational documents including warfare commander to forces: SPINS, OPGEN, OPTASKS, ATO, ACO, DIMs, etc. as well as BMD Mission Planning Higher Authority related documentation, guidance and procedures and provide SME technical
feedback. Review participating ship developed AEGIS Mission Planner (AMP) products. backss and validates AMP Radar doctrine development and setup. Provide recommendations on the unit's preparation to meet the training mission objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, No specific discipline. Experience conducting combat systems integration and testing for military exercises, training, and operations. Technical management experience supervising combat system configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair. Strike Group, Fleet, or Major Training Command, Systems Testing Command or similar military. organization planning experience. Technical test planning experience. Experience operating
a C5I system in FST or equivalent complex architecture. Project management experience.
