to obtain a Public Trust prior to start date General Responsibilities: Independently develop, modify, and maintain the district's Sharepoint site.

Coordinate with management and district employees regarding Sharepoint goals and needs to enhance the Sharepoint site. Design the district Sharepoint site to convey and gather information. Conduct site testing and subsequent modifications/fixes. Recommend changes regarding system and information architecture, security considerations, and governance. Enhance interfaces between Sharepoint and other applications/programs. Develop and implement user-friendly improvements to applications/programs to lessen administrative workloads.

Train district employees on how to use Sharepoint and Sharepoint-related programs. Create files/instruction manuals for administering the Sharepoint site. Perform other Sharepoint-related duties, as assigned. Build and maintain internal facing Share Point applications in the unclassified and classified environments using CSS, XML and HTML and integrating MS applications, using coding functionality like workflows, web parts, features, etc. to allow for online collaboration and productivity. Developing and maintaining Share Point and web applications using Microsoft technologies, and s upporting native Share Point 2019 solutions (sites, site collections, web parts, content types & policies, lists, libraries, workflows, forms authentication, security groups and customizations).

Building simple web solution development including j Query, Java Script, HTML, and CSS. Customize sites based on customer requirements and ensuring solutions meet their needs.
