This content will span Hart Energy's digital products, social media platforms, video, graphics, website banners, and all promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills. They should be able to combine creativity, functional expertise, and technology capabilities to produce
breakthrough and leading industry content. In this role, creative, organizational, and technical skills are key, and all candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of web design and development tools.

Hart Energy offers a hybrid work schedule. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop web-based components in HTML5, CSS and Java Script from the ground up. Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks. Produce design assets for website,
social media, advertising and marketing channels. Edit and update web content within several content management systems, static HTML sites.
Code responsive emails for various promotional, life-cycle, and transactional campaigns using the latest HTML and CSS email oriented best-practices - with a focus on code reusability. Collaborating with the creative director, marketing, engineering and other teams. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. Requirements: 3 Years experience as a Web Designer. A portfolio of previous web design work to display experience and creativity Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Javascript Proficiency in Adobe Create suite, Sketch, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Experience with platforms like Drupal, Marketo, and Google Ad Manager. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.
