Actively proposing project delivery process improvements, time management and organizational skills and work with senior project manager to continuously improvement of project management processes and methodology. Regular Job Duties Maintain project status, provide weekly status reports, and other admin tasks as needed Coordination and facilitation of meetings Provide clear and accurate communication,
promoting project visibility to stakeholders Develop, plan and maintain complex project plans schedules Define and validate any applicable requirements/specifications, milestones, deliverables, and success measures within the project scope Identify, document, and manage risks, mitigation strategies, plan activities, dependencies, impacts, escalation channels, financial budget, and detailed project documentation.
Manage SOW through project lifecycle to ensure all contracted deliverables have been achieved Document and manage the resolution project issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations Leads team in project planning Other duties as assigned Qualifications
2-3 years of experience managing projects of varying sizes 2-3 years of experience in Construction industry business processes 2-3 years of experience in the use and/or the implementation of software products used in Constructions industry Technical IT understanding of database, reporting, and integration methodologies is a plus Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Good technical skills to carry out projects with a pace of quick implementation (2-6 months on average). Proven analytical, problem-solving, decision making, and prioritization skills Superior organizational skills with attention to detail Flexibility, versatility and responsiveness Sense of organization, discipline Demonstrated positive and engaging relationship with project team and customers.
