providing in-depth technical analysis to the PEO/MS Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) process ensuring survivability and resiliency of the Army's current and developmental weapon systems through Criticality Analyses/Critical Function Analyses per Do D 5400.44.
In this role you will identify system functionality and critical components by analyzing and decomposing complex systems from documentation and engineering subject matter expert input. You'll work as a member of a small team coordinating and leading large multi-disciplinary backssments and be responsible for leading technical discussions among groups of participants with disparate levels of knowledge. You will also: Review
program design and operations documentation to condense into relevant data package for conducting cyber vulnerability backssments Prepare multi-disciplinary reports, incorporating data from disparate groups and organizations into a cohesive narrative Prepare presentation materials to support execution of backssments in-person and via video conference settings Provide insight into opportunities for process improvements Required Qualifications: Ten years of related work experience Demonstrated expertise in decomposition and analysis of weapon systems with a focus on Information Communication Technology (ICT) High-level understanding of Trusted Systems and Networks (TSN) Analysis, Supply Chain Risk
Management (SCRM), and Do D Risk Management Framework (RMF) Ability to lead Cyber Table Top exercises Demonstrated experience with Supply Chain Risk Management to include illumination of the commercial supply chain and vendor backssment Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills including excellent competency using Microsoft Office Applications Familiarity with Sys ML or UML Strong ability to grasp new knowledge and skills through independent research and study Active Do D Security Clearance Bachelors Degree in a relevant engineering or science-based discipline All applicants must be fully COVID-19 Vaccinated to be considered for employment at DESE Research, Inc.
