Lead the design and development of user interfaces and experiences for our banking and financial applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts,

to define and implement UI/UX requirements. Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and best practices for our applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure that our applications meet user needs and expectations.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows. Develop and implement UI/UX design strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Stay up to date with UI/UX design trends and technologies and recommend new design approaches and tools. Mentor and coach UI/UX designers and provide guidance and feedback on design projects. Qualifications: Required Knowledge/Skills: Minimum of 5 years of

experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the banking or financial industry.

Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work, demonstrating an understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking. Excellent knowledge of design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, In Vision, or Figma. Strong understanding of front-end web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and Java Script. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze user needs and translate them into design solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong project management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Experience working in a start-up or rapidly growing organization. Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Non-degree certifications also considered. Other : Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must be able to lift to 20 pounds.
