This position will be responsible for the installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure, including end-user and cloud-based systems.
This position participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This position assists end-users in troubleshooting and solving common hardware problems. This position ensures that system
hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related security procedures adhere to organizational requirements and vendor partners. Training & Experience: IT Specialists will receive on-the-job training from Senior System Administrators on the Team.
This training will also include a customized, on-demand OTS training program designed to ensure the candidate excels in the position. • Troubleshoot and support engineering technology solutions for various project/operational needs of the organization. • Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational
