We'd love to see someone on the team with 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a related role or with systems such as Windows Server OS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Dell/EMC VXRail, Microsoft SQL, Scripting, and Cisco i OS. Based on the team's work, we think the skills needed can be gained from a Bachelor's degree in Informational Technology or a related field (equivalent experience
can suffice). This is a hybrid role that will require in-office work 2-3 days per week and may include infrequent travel in the Seattle area to our branches.
Salal does not currently offer visa sponsorship. Compensation and Benefits Offered: Competitive base salary of $78,339.25- 109,674.95 annually depending on experience. This range reflects the entire salary range for the position. Most candidates can expect to receive an offer with an annual salary between $84,500- 98,600. Potential to earn additional compensation through our profit-sharing bonus program. This position qualifies for the Employee tier of the program with semi-annual payouts each totaling between 0-5% of annual salary.

Expanded details about our benefit offerings can be found at: www. salalcu. org/careers What you'll do in this role: Assists with design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support the Credit Union's technical infrastructure including, but not limited to, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, and VMware Collaborate with management, Salal business partners, and department leaders to effectively engineer and implement infrastructure modifications Troubleshoot to resolve process issues, system errors or configuration problems using available tools, resources, procedures and research alternative solutions Participate in projects and initiatives ensuring that all changes to existing technologies, or addition of new technologies, comply with the Credit Union's change management policy and procedures Support end-users by handling escalations, resolving user issues, and monitoring the performance of business-critical systems to prevent delays, outages and quickly resolve ongoing issues Develop and maintain documentation of network standards, procedures, and configurations for day-to-day reference as well as business continuity purposes Develop and implement of processes that ensure all enterprise systems are within vendor-defined licensing compliance ABOUT SALAL CREDIT UNION We have helped thousands of members manage their money by making bold, measured decisions to offer the right products to each person.
