  • Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Maintenance and Sustainment Service (GMASS) program. Key Role: Lead and work both independently within a team to provide front-end, and back-end, enhancement and maintenance to these critical mission systems. Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs application software.

Conducts analysis and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting. End product may be special use, customized, or commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output

requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops autonomous services, desktop applications, web applications, scripts, and utility programs.

Ensures software standards are met. Graphical User Interface (GUI) design Design interaction with backend system designers Perform testing on developed code (initial, functional and regression) Coordinate and prioritize enhancements, modifications and bug fixes Participate and contribute to a team approach to software development and problem solving Work well as part of a development team including across System and Business Analyst teams as well as other development

This position is offering a pay range of $110,00.00- $150,000.00 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. Required Qualifications: Typical education and experience: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; Ph D or JD and four (4) years or more experience.

Do D Secret clearance. IAT Level 2 Certification Experience with C, C++ Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) Precision Acquisition Vehicle Entry (PAVE) Phased Array Warning System (PAWS) (BPP) or other ground-based radars such as the Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) Technical writing skills for generating analysis and reports.
