Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Management of IT system infrastructure. Providing day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem solving. Providing problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
Configuration and management of Windows operating systems and installing/loading operating system software Implementing, troubleshooting IT systems. Performing daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
Providing Tier 1 / Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Optimizing system operations and resource utilization and performing system capacity analysis and planning. Configuring and managing UNIX/Linux operating systems and installing/loading operating system software. Implementing operating systems enhancements improving reliability and performance. Providing detailed analysis and feedback to customers Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in STEM or related field and 15 years of experience Or 20 years of total experience in lieu of degree Experience with: Knowledgeable in PKI integration and creation of server certificates Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Office, Active Directory, Wsus, Sever) Knowledgeable in system monitoring applications (such as Nagios) Knowledgeable in Security compliance/infrastructure and reporting (i.

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,300-$255,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
