Education Studies Minor, and the Information and Media Literacy Minor. Under the direction of the Academic Director of Undergraduate Programs, the Undergraduate Education Programs Manager exercises a high level of independence to meet the needs of the growing program.

This includes taking the lead on identifying issues, problem-solving, and conducting research and analysis to propose solutions. The incumbent shows discretion in prioritizing projects and assignments. The Program Manager is also responsible for managing the work of the Undergraduate Programs leadership team, the Undergraduate Program Advisory Committee and other ad hoc committees appointed to support undergraduate initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include meeting and communicating with faculty and alumni of the undergraduate program. The Program Manager sets goals and priorities for the unit in collaboration with the Academic Director and other personnel associated with the Undergraduate Program.

The incumbent will keep the Undergraduate Programs leadership team (consisting of the department Chair, Vice Chair, Academic Director, Associate Director, and the Assistant Dean for Academic and Student Services) informed of the status of ongoing projects. They will propose and implement both short and long-term goals and will coordinate administrative efforts to implement those goals. This includes coordinating

work with staff in infrastructure offices (including the Dean's Office, Office of Student Services, Academic Personnel, Human Resources, and Building Operations).
