Responsibilities: Support your team internally for administrative tasks and with client facing needs Help the team set up client meeting setup and organization, research for upcoming client meetings, helping clients with various requests, and join your team on their client meetings Put together proposals for clients Work with other business groups as it relates to client needs including Finance, Legal, Collections,
and Customer Service Become proficient in using including maintaining accurate records of all call activity in and report call information, sales leads, and customer profiles correctly and accurately in a timely manner Ability to partner with other sales executives and technical sales consultants in a team selling environment.
Learn all Datasite policies, procedures and best practices Requirements: Minimum Education 4-year degree preferred Minimum Experience 6-24 months professional work experience preferred Excellent presentation and client communication skills Demonstrate personal confidence Demonstrated service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations Demonstrated
