we act as the point of contact between Sound Design's creative team and cross functional partners across the company's portfolio of products and services. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Producer to join our team. As a producer, you will guide projects through the entire project lifecycle making sure projects align with company values and align with sound design’s team priorities.
Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. A passion for sound is a plus. The role combines audio pipeline production responsibilities with project management leadership. Candidates must have the ability to collaborate closely with other team
members, product groups, and vendors. Responsibilities Monitor, track, and support multiple projects and initiatives, both internally and cross-functionally Capable of adapting communication to collaborate with teams across a variety of disciplines Partner with Sound Designers to manage all phases of audio design, production, implementation, deployment, and support ongoing quality control initiatives Facilitate driving projects to completion, including team-wide system and process initiatives such as training and onboarding programs Assist in construction and refinement of production pipeline and processes Prepare, edit, and maintain project plans, process documentation, presentations, and other
materials Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in creative production in software development Proven experience leading complex projects from beginning to end Proficiency in Mac OS, including office tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of various project management workflows Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail Experience working in a task system such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.
Ability to to work independently on some projects while supporting others Experience in managing standups of small teams (5-10 people) Proven experience leading complex projects from beginning to end Experience visualizing data using Google Sheets, dashboards, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting Preferred Qualifications Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment Experience with AR/VR technology or mobile app development Familiarity with audio production and audio production software About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
