Resolve customer issues with software solutions by working with all stakeholders to gather, prioritize and vet technical requirements. Support data inquiries by developing and running requested reports. Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline 5 years demonstrated experience in supporting
an IT help desk, IT engineering, or systems admin, Security + certification or equivalent Working knowledge of Archibus Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline Experience with Auto CAD Working knowledge of SAP software systems Working knowledge of JAVA Experience designing and developing XML-based schemas for data exchange Knowledge of the customer’s IT related policies and procedures Experience with C2S Experience utilizing Tableau Working knowledge of Apache Tomcat Experience writing HTML, HTML5 code, and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) Experience using and developing web API (Application Programming
Interface) and/or WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) Experience working with SQL databases – writing complex queries and library functions at database levels Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Experience designing and developing robust database driven applications with advanced reporting functionalities Ability to translate business processes/needs into system requirements Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000.
