Shift: Thursday-Monday 12am-8am ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Perform regular daily processing as specified on run sheets. Monitor online subsystems and system messages. Assist with clients and other teams with issues or questions.
Prepare shipments for credit unions and bill as needed. Confirm EODBOD processing schedules for self-processors and EODBOD completions each day. Maintain an even disposition under stress, make a positive contribution as a member of the Operations team, and complete all tasks assigned by management to meet team objectives. Be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime if required. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent is required. Experience with mid range computer systems or equivalent education. IBM System I experience preferred.
Attention to detail and accuracy, adherence to standard operating procedures and security protocols. Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data. Must be able to work overtime and cover other shifts on occasion. Familiarity with PC environment and data communications. Good written and verbal communication skills.
