Job Description The Cyber Source team is looking for a talented Sr. Consultant of Test Engineering with a passion for quality and testing. In this role, you will draw from personal

test knowledge, expertise, and innovation to be a leader in a Cyber Source test team. You will also advise Test Management/Software Development staff on the quality and risk of features being released, and you will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Program Management, Development, Service Delivery/Operations, and Customer Service to coordinate and implement cross-project test engineering and development initiatives.

to reduce, improve and simplify the overall testingeffort for the product Coaching and mentoring our talented Test Engineers to nurture and refine their testing mindset and skills Evaluation of new technology, tools and processes to optimize a complex testing integration Essential Functions Collaborate with developers and QA leads to improve testability, automation, and tools Design and develop QA load / automation tools and test frameworks Lead the team to increase the test coverage Lead and execute testing during all stages of development and release cycle Design, execute and maintain test plans, scenarios and scripts and propose and implement improvements to these practices.

Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects Coordinate with distributed development and test teams, including leading initiatives across regions and time zones on different types of projects.

Must have experience in a technical capacity of quality methodology/release process/testing techniques to provide guidance to junior team members as required. Strong communications skills and a sense of ownership is required working across teams. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e. g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a Ph D, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e. g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a Ph D Experience with one or more programming languages including but not limited to: C#, C/C++, Java or Python Have hands-on experience with Agile Development, Continuous Integration, and automated testing.

Strong Unix and Windows skills, proficient with SOAP and RESTful API's and microservices on a modern technology stack. Be a technologist - confident of writing code/script to test applications or build test frameworks across different technologies. Be an advocate for quality, influencing the team to build quality into the release pipeline. Be an established self-starter who possesses a relentless drive to initiate change, raise the technical bar and deliver results.

Experience with SQL, Jmeter and Selenium Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
